Hello peeps, please NOTE that this blog is for BofA preferred agents. Above it states: ATTENTION Bank of America REO agents! True, CoreLogic is not accepting new agents. If you are BAC approved, then sign up and email vendor manager. Let them know you are BAC approved. If you are a new agent, I still recommend you sign up, your area might not be saturated with agents. It all depends on your market area. Again, God blesses efforts.
I’m a preferred Bank of America preferred and approved broker with numerous REO listings. it doesn’t hurt to try!

Click on http://poncie.com/reo-applications/corelogic-reo-page/ and email the Vendor Manager. Ask them what your status is? What your BPO rating is and is there something you need to improve on? Ask for the next REO in your area. Hope this helps. PONCIE
How do we find our BPO rating or REO agent rating
We’re sent an email from BPOS-RA-Panel with a subject line of Scorecard for Field Associate with a pdf attachment for your review.
I receive mine at the beginning of every month.
Hope this helps.
