Thank you Poncie. They are in Maine, so I don’t know if they have anything on the LEFT (West Coast). Did it anyway. You never know.

Hey Poncie, I am under a broker that has approximately 30+ offices in the general and surrounding area. If someone in those 30+ offices has an account set up, isn’t this basically the broker of record’s account and limited to 1 account per broker? I am running into situations where I am being declined due to someone else within the same company who has an account already established. Can you please clarify if this is what is happening and if there is a solution to get around this?

      Hello Ray,

I too am under a broker with over 600 agents and 15+ offices. They usually go by office address not 1 account per broker. In Stockton, we have over 100 agents and they have given two of us an account. Hope this helps. Poncie

Just an FYI…I am assuming I received this email because I am a member of NAHREP. I would like to point out that not ALL members of NAHREP are “Latino”. It is an all inclusive organization therefore your email title of “TrustedLatino” is in and of itself discriminatory which is not the intention of the organization nor do I believe is your intention.

As luck would happen, I have been a member of your agent panel for many years but I am not a “Latino”. However I am a proud member of NAHREP . I think you need to rethink your salutation.

    Warm regards, Brenda

    Ponce,

I’m in New York we have not had any REO’s in over year . With the settlement I thought they would start releasing them sooner then later. I read that they are being held back until after the election. You seems to have your finger on the pulse of what is going on what Re your thoughts?
