The inventory is coming, Short Sales and REO’s. In CA we had several moratoriums. The banks are trying to catch up. I was told to keep doing what Laurel (http://poncie.com/2012/07/05/chase-reo-still-accepting-agents-cross-country/#comment-4684) is doing. Not everyone will be able to list but persistence just may pay off.

They are not accepting new agents. Any suggestions? I have sent them my resume, License, E & O Policy and W-9. If you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks for being there.

Amigo, yes – this blog is for Bank of America REO agents. LPS is only accepting new agents on a “waiting list”. It all depends on your area. Some of my buddies in Oregon are getting listings but some of my buddies in Texas are not getting any listings due to an oversupply of agents. I still recommend every agent sign up.
