We met up with David Spencer, Chase REO Vendor Manager; at the NAHREP Bay Area Conference in 2011.
“HOW TO GET A CHASE REO ACCOUNT”, according to Spencer:
TIP #1: Work with a local Chase Loan Officer. Build a business relationship. I agree. You cannot sit behind a computer and expect a Chase REO account to fall on your laps. Send them leads. Work with them.
TIP #2: Set Yourself Apart. Let your performance speak for itself. Work with buyers and partner with a local loan officer. Put your business cards in the local branch.
TIP #3: Apply
