BofA Assets From NDS Transferred to iServe REO


youre-firedREO NEWS! Heads up! National Default Services (NDS) has lost the Bank of America Outsourcing Account. That sure didn’t last long. Our BofA assets were transferred from NDS to iServe Real Estate Operations (iServe REO). We were not the only ones. Brandi Abram, poncie.com Network Buddy with Keller Williams Realty, Diamond Partners – Lawrence, KS said ”Here in Kansas, my BofA’s with NDS were reassigned to iServe REO.” Listing brokers or Vendors can apply with iServe REO as an approved listing broker or vendor.

BOFA REO NEWS!* As of April 1st, BofA REO agents in Georgia, Ohio & Texas will no longer have to pay for REO utilities. Safeguard Properties has taken over the utility payment process for REO properties. This only applies to properties that Safeguard rekeyed on or after April 1st.     The end of June is when it hits here for agents not having to pay for utilities… BofA has narrowed its outsourcers down to 6.. 80% of their properties are going to be outsourced this year…
