chase outsources to 24 asset (04/22/2013) According to CHASE sources: CHASE REO does not list properties directly with brokers or agents. CHASE currently uses (7) out-sourcer companies who market CHASE properties. CHASE brokers or agents have a contractual relationship with the third party firm, not CHASE direct.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will provide a list of third-party Asset Management Companies responsible for marketing CHASE properties and their contact information for your reference.

What about the 50% referral fee that Chase allows these companies to charge, along with their numerous task.
Do you think that is really worth it?

Depends on the property. Sometimes it’s not worth it. Occasionally you’ll get a good one and double dip it. You might get additional business from the buyer. You have to take the bad ones if you want the good ones. Outsourcers demand more tasks than Chase direct. Either way they are very slow to act on offers and buyers can walk.
