fantastic-four Part 4: The #4 Chase outsourcer is REO World. CHASE REO no longer list properties directly with brokers or agents*. CHASE now uses (6) out-sourcer companies (There were 7 however New Vista backed out), who market CHASE properties. CHASE brokers or agents have a contractual relationship with the third party firm, not CHASE direct. If you haven’t signed up with the outsourcers, now is your chance.

REO assignments today are secondary business. If you get an assignment, it’s a bonus.

    What do mean by REO is a secondary business?

      Outside of HUD, the REO space is a rapidly shrinking business. The market is shifting and its time to transition to something else with growth prospects. [poncie.com]
