NEW CHASE OUT-SOURCE LIST (AUG 2013)
As the REO world shrinks, banks are also shrinking their out-source vendors. Some of the out-sourcers that have been CUT are: Green River Capital, Atlas REO Services, New Vista Asset Management & REO World. Chase currently uses an out-source strategy and according to Chase they do not list Chase properties directly with local brokers or agents. Agents listing Chase properties are actually working for a third party who has the primary responsibility for marketing Chase properties. The agent’s contractual relationship is with the third party firm.
A current list (August 2013) of third-party Asset Management Companies responsible for marketing Chase properties and their contact information is provided in the link below for your reference. You can reach out to them directly via email if you are interested in listing Chase properties.*
You can also search your city to see if Chase has any properties for sale. Visit the Chase website and enter your state and city on the Quick Search. This will give you an idea as to how much activity Chase has in your city.

Yes & NO. .. (yes) Chase did actually outsource to 12 companies. (Though I haven’t looked at the new list yet.)
Everyone including Chases VP & Area REPS & LOAN OFFICERS will tell you theyu don’t manage their own homes. .. .
(NO) Chase does have some listings handed directly by Chase.
They Managed directly by Chase & Usually Underwritten by Chase / USDA.

This article is incorrect- Green River Capital did NOT get cut. We are one of the 3 remaining outsourcers for Chase. Don’t believe everything you read….

His article is incorrect. It’s GRC, NRT and 24.
Hello Janelle,
Our information came direct from Chase. We have sent you proof. If you have further questions, contact Chase direct.
Thank you, [poncie.com]
Thank you for the email Poncie. We have contacted Chase and they will be in contact with you to correct the miscommunication about which outsourcers they are currently using.
Reimbursement platforms are for the convenience of asset management not agents. The charge for the inconvenience. I’d rather not take listings requiring reimbursement platforms unless it’s a good one.
I just had a Chase listing with NRT that was pulled and the new company is Select Portfolio Servicing. I did not see them on your list.
I just had the same thing happen… But NRT is on the approved list for Chase properties. I don’t understand. Mine went to Select Portfolio also.
Chase entered into an agreement to service released a series of assets to SPS.
I had a Chase listing and one good offer. Chase instead ran it thru 3 online auctions and sold it for $20000 less just before servicing was transferred from Precision to SPS. I get $750 but will lose over $400 in reimbursements due to LPS reimbursement difficulties. So Precision seems to have lost Chase also.
