Some real estate agents nationwide recently received an email telling them to sign an updated Master Listing Agreement for Bank of America by April 9 if they wish to remain active listing agents.

This email was NOT generated from Bank of America. The message was fraudulent spam and should be disregarded.

Bank of America advises that if you did receive this email, you should not respond to it and should not click on any links in that message
