    They are legit but the current market does not call for a $100/month membership for most anything. The larger asset management companies use the large platforms like Resnet and Equator now to find their agents. Or already have their working group of agents.

    I still occasionally have an investor/equity group find me on REONetwork even though I no longer pay for it. I actually paid when business was in high volume in order to stand out. Check to see who is paying in your area before deciding if it is a needed marketing tool.

    Years ago, I used to get a large volume of BPO orders from their Clear Capital affiliate but those have almost disappeared way before I stopped paying. If I though the two were related, I’d probably start paying again as CC at least paid $50 for a driveby.

      Clear Capital has me swamped with business.

      I also do not pay for REO network, however, I still get calls from AMCs or Banks saying they found me on REO network. and they are a signing me an asset. The details are in my RESNET dashboard.

    In Arizona REO’s are 5% of the market so It would NOT make sense to pay that kind of money for that small of a market

    Do you know anything about REO PEO CORP? I hear they’re a scam.
