I am already a preferred vendor for Chase with two of the outsourcers. However, I have already been contacted by four other outsourcers since I made contact with Chase. Thank you Poncie!

I have not done the “phone interview” however I just closed my 1st Chase REO listing & used their preferred Chase loan officer. I am hoping that we (outsourcer and myself) will be rewarded with more assignments in the near future! I have heard they score you on using their Chase lenders.

I get copied on by the asset management companies on all new requirements. One asset manager says if they have listing in my area I am the listing agent. I also found many agents have done the same for months and never been contacted. It is still the same old agent gets bulk of the business. Some have been doing it over 20 years. The asset manager says the pick is random but…..
