I am interested in registering my company, Deerfield Asphalt Paving Co., as a vendor for Band of America. we will service all of your parking lot needs such as: Asphalt repair; seal coating and re-striping, installing wheel stops, concrete sidewalks, speed breakers and directional arrows. contact me, Rudolph Hines at 404.234.2399
I have been signed up since 2009 with ORDS. I did a few BPO’s then stopped because of being too busy. Do you still have to do 10 BPO’s to be approved to list their REO assets? Please let me know. Thanks, SAM
Join the team. I registered with them in 2008 at the time they said it was a requirement to submit 10 bpos in order to get an REO. I lost track of the number I completed then they reduced the fees. The application is the same than the old one.
I currently do BPOs for Old Republic, but I’m yet to get listings from them. I was invited to apply for REO listing in 2/2012 but I have not heard anything since then. Do you think I should apply again?

Am I supposed to handwrite on Old Republic and send it where? I see the application and don’t see how to send it back
See paragraph 1 of the application – watch this video: http://poncie.com/2012/03/27/3-essentials-to-becoming-a-big-time-reo-agent/

Hi Victoria, yes, I would apply again and follow up. Watch this video – how to get a response from an asset company: http://poncie.com/2012/06/13/reo-application-how-to-get-a-response/
